Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Nanchang University, China. His impressive career began at Shanghai Linchun Caster (Group) Co., Ltd, where he served as a Sales Specialist and was responsible for developing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships. Later, Steven joined Koden (Japan) International Co., Ltd as a Sales Manager, where he focused on customer care and business development while promoting the company's products and reporting to top management.
In 2015, Steven assumed the role of General Manager for Sales and Marketing at Union Steel Industrial Co., Ltd. In this capacity, he was responsible for the full management of products and commodities sales and service, as well as organizing and coordinating team members' activities to establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with strategic customers.
